transport logistic China 2014 was held successfully at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre form June 17-19, 2014. The three-day event attracted 492 exhibitors from 47 countries and 16,806 visitors from 69 countries and regions. Anchoring transport logistic China in the local market gave a renewed boost to the event in 2014. The proportion of Chinese exhibitors was higher than ever before – at 55%.

For its 10 anniversary, this event celebrated its status as the most important business platform in Asia for transport and logistics. The figures for transport logistic China in 2014 underline this impressive achievement: more visitors than ever (a new record at 16,806), more extensive conference program than ever, and more local than ever (domestic exhibition area increased by 34%).

transport logistic China 2012 was successfully organized between 5 and 7 June 2012 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The logistics industry recognized China’s potential and this was also apparent at transport logistic China, which offered more business opportunities for logistic professionals. With the exhibition area of 22,000 square meters, the show demonstrated the technologies of cold chain, container transport, air cargo, combined transport, telematics (ITS), etc. It attracted 15,000 trade visitors, a rise of 11 percent compared to the number of visitors in last show. 490 exhibitors showcased in full their latest innovations and efficient solutions for the global movement of goods as well as domestic logistics. Among them, 167 exhibitors were from China, a 65% increase compared with last show.

Besides, the show also enjoyed high international participation. 9 national pavilions from the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Russia and U.S.A. all presented their expertise in the logistic sector.

The rising demand for transport and logistics excellence – especially in the booming Asian market – has been reflected in full at transport logistic China 2010 in Shanghai, between 8 and 10 June 2010. Again this event attracted an increased number of visitors despite the severe downturn in the sector in 2009. 13,500 trade visitors from 67 countries and 441 exhibitors from 42 countries set out their presentations on 15,000 square meters at this exhibition.

Since 2004, transport logistic China had been regarded as Asia´s most influential event for the transport and logistics industry. As a barometer for the sector, it boosted development in the industry on the domestic front, and also played an important role in strengthening international cooperation.
